Since stepping into the real estate industry in 2005, Tara Searle has been a driving force behind one of Dubbo's most successful family-owned real estate agencies. Together with her father, Mark Searle, she co-founded Century 21 Golden West, marking the beginning of a legacy built on trust, local expertise, and exceptional service.
In 2020, alongside Mark and her mother, Lynne, the family made the bold decision to step away from the franchise model and launch Dubbo Real Estate Agency. This transition reflected their deep commitment to local ownership, community pride, and family values, establishing DREA as one of the largest and most respected agencies in the region. As Director, Tara's strategic vision and hands-on approach have been instrumental in the business's growth, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and consistently delivering outstanding results.
Tara’s vast experience across all facets of the real estate industry, from residential sales and property management to rural properties and commercial investments, sets her apart. Her ability to understand the unique needs of her clients, paired with her strong negotiation skills and market insight, have earned her the respect of both her peers and the local community.
Beyond the Office
Outside of real estate, Tara is a proud and devoted mum to six children. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she treasures the time spent creating memories with her husband, Behn Monley, and their children. Behn is a successful local businessman in his own right, the Founder, Owner, and Operator of Dubbo Landscaping and the Landscape Centre. Between them, the dynamic duo manages three successful Dubbo-based businesses, solidifying their deep roots and commitment to the community.
